Somehow may be I did wrong anything to install and its not working.

The manual file edit, I did it. FYI, I run compressed file. Is that a problem?

No, there's no problem of using the compressed version of the JS file. It's the recommended by the way.
Please make sure to uninstall all other products that adds any functionality to the quick reply first before installing our product, after uninstalling them you can install ours & it will works smoothly ;).

Of course no, we'll never login to your board without your request & for clear definite reason.
Last info supplied was just for the purpose of installing "vB Link Verifier Bot", and as soon as it's done, we've no rights to get in for any reason & it's recommended for you to change your info to make sure that we'd no access to it.

Update, sending PM is okay, switch editor mode button is there. But still blog and thread quick reply, there is no switch editor button is missing. Checked on FF. checking on IE now and will get back to you with the result.

That's normal :), it's something related to vBulletin itself but not our product.
The editor switch isn't supported neither for "Opera" nor for "Google Chrome" browsers as I know.
You can see it with "FireFox" & "IE".

Then check the following setting:
vBulletin AdminCP » Settings » Options » Message Posting Interface Options » Enable Clickable Message Formatting Controls » and make sure that "Enable Standard & WYSIWYG Controls" option is chosen for all (Full Editor | Quick Reply | Quick Edit). That's as a general option for the whole forum board.
And for your own user account, follow this if it doesn't appear after the previous step:
UserCP » Settings » General Settings » Miscellaneous Options » Message Editor Interface » Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing
By the way, it's a one time setting & it's vBulletin related. It's up to your forum board & doesn't relate to our product in any way.

I was the stupid. vBulletin AdminCP » Settings » Options » Message Posting Interface Options » Enable Clickable Message Formatting Controls » and make sure that "Enable Standard & WYSIWYG Controls" option is chosen for all (Full Editor | Quick Reply | Quick Edit). That's as a general option for the whole forum board.

I didnt do it b4. Now is okay. rich editor button is there. Sorry for my ignorance. BTW, cut copy and paste... I got this buttons that are not working. I idea mate?

Regarding the undo & redo, which browser you're using and which version?

No confirmation for the last issue you've mentioned regarding "undo" & "redo" functions.
